Our Workplace Policy

At Seavesto Oil Limited, we believe work should be structured around outcomes, collaboration, and the nature of each role, and not simply where the work is performed. Our hybrid workplace model reflects the realities of our energy business.
For our field and operations teams, work happens where our customers and products are. This may include partner depots, loading gantries, transit routes, and customer locations. Team members may be responsible for monitoring product loading, coordinating and escorting trucks enroute delivery locations, verifying product discharge (ullage), and ensuring that transactions are completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with our operational standards.

For our administrative, commercial, finance, technology, and support teams, hybrid work provides flexibility to work remotely when the nature of the assignment permits, while maintaining regular in-person collaboration when meetings, planning, training, or operational requirements call for it.

Our approach is therefore role-sensitive rather than location-dependent. We use technology and digital workflows to keep our teams connected across different locations, while maintaining the accountability and physical presence required to operate
effectively within the downstream energy value chain.

What Hybrid Work Means at Seavesto

Field when the business requires it. Our operational teams remain present where products are being loaded, transported, delivered, and verified.

Remote when the work permits it. Employees whose responsibilities can be performed effectively away from a physical
location may work remotely, subject to their role and team requirements.

Together when collaboration matters. We bring teams together for planning, problem-solving, training, reviews, and activities
that benefit from direct collaboration.

Outcome-focused always. Flexibility does not reduce accountability. Employees remain responsible for their
deliverables, responsiveness, collaboration, compliance, and professional standards.

At Seavesto, hybrid work is ultimately about creating a flexible, connected, and accountable workforce capable of delivering reliably across both physical and digital environments. So, irrespective of where the work happens, what matters is how effectively we deliver.
